in vivo delivery from study to gene therapy: overview, considerations and challenges
in vivo transfection is a non-viral method to deliver nucleic acids directly into an animal or in Human. This technique can be used for in vivo proof of concept studies up to Gene Therapy. To successfully deliver nucleic acids into a specific organ, it is important to understand how in vivo transfection can be performed and what the limitations of this technique are. As delivery experts, Polyplus-transfection gives an overview of the in vivo delivery methods and delves into key considerations and challenges that come with in vivo experimentation.
With this webinar, you will acquire an understanding of:
- in vivo delivery methods to generate an animal model
- Key parameters to consider when choosing an approach
- How to address in vivo delivery challenges
