PhosphaGLO AP Substrate, SeraCare
Supplier: KPL
PhosphaGLO AP Substrate is the chemiluminescent substrate of choice for easy, reliable detection of picogram protein levels of alkaline-phosphatase (AP) in Western blotting or ELISA
PhosphaGLO can replace other AP chemiluminescent substrates with little optimization required. It is compatible with film or chemiluminescent imager for flexibility in recording permanent results. When compared to other chemiluminescent AP substrates, PhosphaGLO offers significant cost savings per blot.
Product is a ready-to-use, 1-component substrate requiring no special blocking solutions. Long glow times up to five days allow for repeated exposures (Western Blot) or luminosity readings (ELISA). The protocol is easy-to-follow; simply add to microwell or blot and detect within minutes.PhosphaGLO Substrate is stable for two years at refrigerated temperatures; no need to be concerned about rapidly degrading substrates
