Corning® DeckWorks™ pipette tip system is designed to allow you to maximize storage space and help reduce the production and waste of plastic materials.

  • Certified free of RNase, DNase, pyrogens and PCR inhibitors

Corning DeckWorks starter kits contain one DeckWorks reload system and empty hinged racks (10 empty racks accompany 10, 200 and 300 µl volume tips; eight empty racks acommpany 1000 µl volume tips). DeckWorks reload systems are convenient and economical - reload decks are packaged in transparent trays for easy tip identification, require no transfer devices, save space and minimize packaging waste. Although the pipette tips are made from virgin medical-grade resins, the reload decks and rack bases are manufactured from 100% recycled polypropylene. Nonsterile decks and racks are steam autoclavable.

Both the hinged racks and relaod decks within this system are manufactured with recycled plastic. The entire DeckWorks system is comprised of 7 sizes of graduated pipette tips which are longer than standard tips to minimize the contamination issues often associated with traditional pipette tip styles. Sizes include 10, 20, 100, 200, 200, extended length, 300 and 1000 µl tips. The pipette tip s are made in a controlled molding environment to ensure accuracy and precision across all tip volumes. Medical grade resins and production excellence allow for full certification as: nonpyrogenic, human DNA-free, RNase-/DNase-free, sterility assuarance level 10⁻³. All tips are manufactured from polypropylene.
