Heating elements are located on four sides for temperature uniformity and are enveloped in custom-formed refractory cement. Reduces the damage caused by contaminant build-up on the resistant wire. Heating elements can be replaced individually, reducing operational cost of replacing all the heating elements. Heating chamber is surrounded by ceramic fiber insulation for maximum energy efficiency.

Economical, easy-to-use digital control with door safety switch and sensor break protection provides accuracy, reliability, and safety. Single setpoint automatic controller features an over-temperature alarm. Programmable model features microprocessor-based, 3-mode programmer with 16 programmable segments. The 16-segment programmer comes with 4 stored programs and includes RS-232 communications port for connection to printer or computer. Both the single setpoint automatic and programmable models have 1.27cm (1/2") fluorescent digital display with °C or °F readout.

Built-in venting system removes contaminants. Drop down door serves as a handy shelf for loading and unloading. All electrical connections through conduit connectors.
