The beads in this suspension have an average diameter of 40 µm and, thus, excellent mechanical stability. Since the affinity of an IDA-metal-ion-complex depends on the loaded metal ion, we offer IDA agarose resin uncoupled to any metal ion in case we do not offer your desired IDA + metal ion combination. Through our coupling protocol, you can, in turn, attach your desired metal ions to the agarose beads. PureCube IDA resin is also available with a bead diameter of 400 µm for higher FPLC flow rates or as IDA magnetic beads. Furthermore, PureCube IDA agarose is also obtainable pre-packed into FPLC cartridges/columns.
