The express rack reader is a 2D datamatrix tube camera reader with an image capture time of only one second. Compatible with all 2D barcoded tube racks in SBS format, the express is the smallest rack scanner currently available and ideal for robotic integration.

This instrument can scan all racks in the SBS format, regardless of the configuration or number of tubes, and is supplied with all the features needed for robotic integration.

Our new automatic rack type detection feature means that you no longer have to configure the Express for all rack types. Simply place your rack on the scanning window and the software will determine rack type and run the scan - easy.

Compatible with 24, 48, 96, 240, 384 position SBS racks. Compatible with all commercially available datamatrix 2D coded tubes. Export data as CSV, Text, XLS, XML, JSON, Python, DB, PNG or E-mail.

With Cryoprotection: Prevents the scanner window from misting when scanning a cold rack from a freeze. The passive technology does not use heat or blown air.
