High Sensitivity RNA ScreenTape analysis provides efficient and reliable separation of total RNA samples of limited abundance down to 100 pg/µl. Compatible with eukaryotic and prokaryotic samples, the assay provides quality, quantity, and sizing information. Objective evaluation of RNA degradation is delivered with an RNA Integrity Number (RINe).

Results are obtained quickly, as fast as 2 minutes per sample. Accurate analysis is possible with only 2 µl of sample.

The assay is compatible with all Agilent TapeStation instruments.
