High binding microplates, 96- and 384-well, for the Cary Eclipse fluorescence microplate reader.

  • Polystyrene well plate with solid F-bottom (flat), sterile
  • Has been specifically treated to provide increased protein binding
  • Chimney well (96-well) or rounded square well profile (384-well)
  • Working volume 25 - 340 μl (96-well) or 10 - 130 μl (384-well)
  • Free of detectable DNase/RNase, human DNA and pyrogens

Agilent 96- and 384-well high binding microplates have high binding surfaces that bind medium and large biomolecules (greater than 10 kDa) that have hydrophobic and/or ionic groups. These microplates are recommended for the Cary Eclipse Fluorescence Microplate Reader Accessory.

They are available in white for the best overall well-to-well reproducibility, or black for the lowest background. Untreated microplates are also available.
