The mix contains all necessary components for one-step RT-qPCR except primers, probe(s), and RNA sample. It can be reconstituted by simply adding water to a 2 to 4X concentration, allowing for increased sample input. Performance in multiplexing applications has been optimized, with sensitive, linear detection achieved for up to five targets across a range of inputs.

Packaging: Available in 2×60 reaction glass vials or a 96-well plate (one reaction per well).
