Platelet silver nanoparticles (a.k.a. silver nanoplates or silver nanodisks). Peak surface plasmon resonances (SPR) across wavelengths from 660 to 1064 nm. Provided at 1 mg/ml high concentration. Precisely engineered, unagglomerated nanoplates. Ultra to strong light absorbing and scattering materials.

Silica shell offers high stability in a variety of solvents and a versatile surface for attaching functional groups or creating hydrophobic & hydrophilic surfaces. Silica shell allows easier deposition onto substrates and incororation into many different solvents, resins, and curable materials because the silica shell provents metal nanoparticles from touching directly / aggregating, helping to preserve the particles' nano and optical properties.
