UVP Pen-Ray® Rare Gas Lamps, Analytik Jena

Lights Spectrum Lamps

UVP rare gas lamps incorporate the Pen-Ray® mercury lamp 11SC-1 body, but replace the mercury for other reactive ingredients.

Gas combinations and alternative body designs are also available as custom products

Pen-Ray® rare gas light sources are made of double bore quartz tubing. The lamps are individually created to ensure quality and reliability. They supply a high degree of stable, isolated spectral line accuracy and offer a long service life. Gases available are argon, krypton, neon, neon-mercury, and xenon.

Various lighted lengths, quartz diameters, UV outputs, and handle materials are available for custom made lamps. A UVP Pen-Ray® power supply is required for the operation of Pen-Ray® lamps.
