Chromatography Columns

These columns are prepacked with MabSelect™ PrismA protein A chromatographyn resin that has been improved with an optimized high-flow agarose base matrix and a genetically engineered protein A-derived ligand, allowing efficient cleaning between purification runs. These columns are suitable for purifying antibodies with affinity chromatography in research and process development.
