The Econo™ Pederson Vaginal Speculum is a double blade duckbill speculum inserted with the blades closed. The blades are then opened by an external lever and screw. The blades of the Pederson Speculum are more narrow than the blades of the Graves Speculum. The practitioner can best determine which type and size speculum is most appropriate for the patient. Econo™ instruments are ready-to-use, disposable, floor grade instruments sold in bulk quantities.
