The p53-HaloTag Fusion Vector contains the following key features: 1) p53-HaloTag fusion gene. 2) Kanamycin resistance gene for selection in bacteria. 3) A CMV promoter for high-level expression of the p53-HaloTag fusion in mammalian cells.
