These plastic bottles are used for the collection of aqueous media for testing metals and a variety of inorganic parameters, including alkalinity, anions, acidity, cyanide, sulfate, and hardness. These are Pre-cleaned and Certified products
Each traceable lot of HDPE containers is pre-cleaned via Protocol A, with their associated closed-top polypropylene cap and polyethylene foam liner with ASTM Type I deionized water, a solution of Trace Grade Nitric Acid, followed with ASTM Type I deionized rinse, then heated to over 250 °F until dry. Protocol B cleaning involves a cycle wash with ASTM Type I deionized water, followed with ASTM Type I deionized rinse then heated to over 250 °F until dry. Representative processed containers of each traceable lot are tested by a National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program certified laboratory. Also offered is NPC, not processed L3 (not washed, bottle with cap attached) and packaged for alternate applications. All cases are custody-sealed for product integrity.
A lot certificate of analysis is generated with the analytical results obtained, including the concentration reporting limits and units of measurement. This certificate of analysis is included in each product case.
