Store according to the package label in an upright position in the dark. Do not freeze. Allow warming of medium to room temperature before inoculation.

The medium contains two peptones that are excellent sources of nitrogen, amino acids, and peptides. It supports the growth of a wide variety of microorganisms. Common aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria grow readily.
