High chrome iron wear plates are very resistant to abrasion. In many laboratories one set of plates will last for more than one year. Jaws can be turned top to bottom to extend the life.

It’s unique design includes two moving jaws, one is top driven and the other is bottom driven to enable the maximum amount of crushing with one pass. Lump size up to 150mm pieces can be crushed to 10mm or less in a single pass which reduces time for every sample.

Ordering information: Optional rotating sample divider, sample lifter, waste sample conveyor, and hopper are available; contact your VWR representative for more information. Manufacturer's 2000 operating hours or one year warranty (whichever comes first), covering all parts (excluding wear parts) and labor if used under normal laboratory conditions.
