The EZ-Yeast Transformation Kit is designed for high throughput transformations

Kits are for Cloning and Expression, Transformation, Yeast Cell Culture, Cell Viability Analysis, Microbiological Analysis.

It is ideal for cases where a large number of transformations must be performed, but only a few transformants are needed. Simply remove a 3-4 mm colony or 0.5 mL overnight culture to a new tube, add vector and carrier DNA, incubate for 30 minutes and plate on selective media.
