Prevent necking and other damage to the ends of tubes caused by over tightening of the tube seals. Stop the ingress of volatiles from the laboratory air during routine capping and uncapping procedures. Facilitate pumped sampling over extended periods at low (<1 mL/min) flow rates allowing the collection of time weighted average concentration data over periods of weeks or months without exceeding safe sampling volumes. Feature patented diffusion-locking technology at either end of the sorbent bed to prevent diffusive ingress of atmospheric contaminants outside the pumped sampling period. Individually etched with unique serial number for convenient sample identification.
