BriskHeat® Silicone Rubber Heating Tapes, 120 VAC, Cole-Parmer
Tapes
BriskHeat® Silicone Rubber Heating Tapes are moisture and chemical resistant.

  • Maximum exposure temperature of 232 °C (450 °F)
  • 120 VAC tapes supplied with half plugs at opposite ends
  • Non-grounded

Solve a wide range of heating applications without risk of damage due to chemical and moisture spillover. Tapes are made of fine-strand resistance wires that are double insulated with braided fiberglass and knitted into flat tapes; then completely enclosed in high-strength, high temperature-resistant silicone rubber.

The 120 VAC tapes have a same-end lead configuration and are supplied with a half plug on each end. The half plugs fit together and connect to form a standard 120 VAC two-prong plug. Silicone rubber-insulated lead wires extend two feet from opposite ends of the tape to simplify connection to a power source.

Caution: Heating tapes should not be overlapped and require the use of a temperature or power controller (sold separately).
