The VascuLife® EnGS-Mv Medium Complete Kit includes: VascuLife® Basal Medium (475 mL) and VascuLife® EnGS-Mv LifeFactors® Kit.VascuLife® contains no antimicrobials and no phenol red. VascuLife® EnGS-Mv (containing Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement) is optimized for the rapid proliferation of human microvascular endothelial cells without VEGF, phenol red, or antimicrobials, at rates that meet or exceed other commercially available serum-containing media while maintaining excellent cell morphology.
Ordering information: VascuLife® Medium Complete Kits contain VascuLife® Basal Medium and the associated LifeFactors® Kit. VascuLife® Basal Medium requires the appropriate LifeFactors®.
The VascuLife® EnGS-Mv LifeFactors® Kit includes: EnGS 1.0 mL, rh EGF 0.5 mL, Ascorbic Acid 0.5 mL, L-Glutamine 25 mL, Hydrocortisone Hemisuccinate 0.5 mL, Heparin Sulfate 0.5 mL, FBS 10 mL, Gentamicin and Amphotericin B 0.5 mL.
