DermaLife K LifeFactors® Kit contains supplements and growth factors for use with human keratinocytes and DermaLife basal medium. DermaLife K Medium grows human epidermal keratinocytes through at least 15 population doublings at rates that meet or exceed other commercially available serum-free media while maintaining excellent cell morphology. DermaLife K contains no phenol red or antimicrobials.
Lifeline® optimized culture media contain no antimicrobials and no phenol red.
Ordering information: DermaLife K Medium Complete Kit includes DermaLife basal medium and DermaLife K LifeFactors® Kit of associated supplements and growth factors.
The LifeFactors® include L-Glutamine 15 mL, Extract P® 2mL, Epinephrine 0.5 mL, rh TGF-α 0.5 mL, Hydrocortisone Hemisuccinate 0.5 mL, rh Insulin 0.5 mL, Apo-Transferrin 0.5 mL, Calcium Chloride 0.5 mL, Gentamicin and Amphotericin B 0.5 mL.
