Curettes
Sklar's Heath Chalazion Curette is an ophthalmic instrument used for removing chalazion

A small cyst formed by inflamation of a gland in the margin of the eyelid, a chalazion is similar to a sty but often requires an incision and drainage or removal of a mass to be properly treated. Similar to the Meyhoefer curette, the Heath curette is available in multiple sizes to treat various size masses. Unlike the blunt, scooping tip of the Meyhoefer instrument, the Heath curette has a round, fenestrated tip, with one sharp side and one blunt side. The sharp side may be used for scraping and cutting small chalazion, while the blunt side is used for removal of the mass once the cuts have been made.
