Protein Linking and Labeling Systems
DyLight™ Dyes have absorption spectra ranging from 350 nm to 770 nm and match the output wavelengths of common fluorescence instrumentation

  • Available in both amine- and sulfhydryl-reactive chemistries for fast and efficient labeling of IgG or other proteins
  • High water solubility
  • Excellent photostability
  • Compatible with common fluorescence instrumentation

Additionally, the water solubility of the DyLight™ reagents allows a high dye-to-protein ratio without precipitation during conjugation.

The DyLight™ dyes exhibit higher fluorescence intensity and photostability than Alexa Fluor®, CyDye® and LI-COR dyes in many applications and remain highly fluorescent over a broad pH range (pH 4 to 9). Additionally, the water solubility of the DyLight™ reagents allows a high dye-to-protein ratio without precipitation during conjugation.

Delivery information: Supplied as 1 mg or in convenience packs containing sufficient reagent for 5 single labelling reactions. Each single-use vial is sufficient to label 0.25 to 1 mg of protein (>45 kDa).
