Homogenizers Benchtop Homogenizers
Since 1956 the Omni Mixer Homogenizers have been synonymous with laboratory homogenizers.

The Omni Mixer Homogenizer is compatible with stainless steel generator probes ranging in diameter from 7 to 35 mm, and glass, plastic, or stainless steel chambers from 13 to 1360 ml with sealed generator probes or blades. The Omni Macro Homogenizer is compatible with stainless steel generator probes with a 7, 10, 20, 32, 45, and 55 mm diameter, and glass, plastic, or stainless steel chambers from 13 to 1360 ml with sealed generator probes or blades.

The Omni Mixer Homogenizer features a processing range of 0.25 ml to 10 l, while the Omni Macro Homogenizer is scalable to 30 l volumes.

Optional stainless steel Chamber Assemblies are available in 50, 200, or 400 ml sizes. All formats feature a fluted chamber design to facilitate sample flow and mixing, as well as autoclavable chamber and components. Chambers feature a sealing gasket made of Viton®. All chamber sizes are ideal for fibrous tissue and for pre-processing to reduce particle sizes to 1 to 2 μm.

The Omni Mixer and Macro Homogenizer are powerful 600 and 1800 watt homogenizers that are compatible with a wide range of generator probes, blade assemblies, and sealed containers to offer the perfect mix of dependability, versatility, and power. The Omni mixers are ideally suited for homogenizing, blending, and creating emulsions.
