Formulated as 5X rather than the traditional 2X stocks, SDS Protein Gel Loading Solution 5X enables a larger volume of sample to be loaded per well.

5X concentrated protein gel loading buffer

Simply load the gel sample wells and visualize progress of the electrophoresis run by monitoring the location of the blue dye front. Lane Marker Sample Buffers may be used in denaturing gels of all kinds and are compatible with coomassie dye and silver staining techniques, as well as Western blotting procedures.

SDS Protein Gel Loading Solution 5X is useful for SDS-PAGE and Western Blotting.

Contents: Tris base, 10% SDS, bromphenol blue, and glycerol
