Absorption chromatography column is useful for rapid preparative separations.

Column have a coarseporosity disc sealed into the lower end of the column for packing support
Moderate resolution can be obtained with this inexpensive to setup and operate column
Column is constructed using medium wall tubing

The Column can be used with optional CG-1201 flow controller and CG-1200 reservoir. Lower end of the column has a round bottom. Connections between the column, reservoir and flow control adapter are spherical joints connected with CG-150 stainless steel clamps.
