Available in single or dual head formats, the Flux Dispenser enables users to prepare and dispense two different flux recipes simultaneously.
The unit can change from one head to the other at the flick of a switch
Flux Dispensers require a minimum of 2.8m (9', 4”) clear ceiling space, 100psi clean air pressure, and 3-phase electrical power. Voltage can vary to customer specifications.
Flux volume can be adjusted by means of a toggle switch on the control panel. Volumes can be made to client specs (typical volume is 120–170g, at 2–3% accuracy). The dispensing head can be lowered or raised to accommodate different sized crucibles, and can accommodate up to 84 crucibles in total. The unit features 12 rows of 7 crucibles per row, and can be set to load 3, 6, 9, or 12 rows at a time. The cycle time for 84 crucibles is 1 minute, 15 seconds. Dust extraction ports are included. The unit is designed to use flux packaged in totes, and features tight tolerances to minimize flux waste. Each unit can be built to accommodate either front or side loading.
