Catalog Number: 100245-786
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology

Description: CD4 is a 55 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the Ig-SF of cell surface receptors. It is expressed predominantly on the “helper/inducer” subpopulation of mature T lymphocytes and on monocytes and macrophages. Domains 1 and 2 bind to MHC Class II antigens, while domains 3 and 4 may be involved in cis interactions with the CD3/TCR complex. CD4 functions as an accessory molecule in the recognition of foreign antigens in association with MHC class II antigens by T cells.
Catalog Number: 100246-064
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology

Description: PE Anti-Human IgG4 Fc antibody for use in flow cytometry and multiplex assays.
Catalog Number: 100245-818
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology

Description: CD15 is a carbohydrate antigen found on the cell surface of neutrophils and monocytes, but not on basophils, platelets, lymphocytes, or erythrocytes. CD15 may function in adhesion as its ligand is L-selectin (CD62L).
Catalog Number: 100246-180
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology

Description: CD19 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed at all stages of B cell differentiation except terminally differentiated plasma cells. It is also present on the cell surface of follicular dendritic cells. CD19 associates with CD21, CD81, Leu 13 and/or MHC Class II molecules to form a signal transduction complex on the B cell surface. This signaling complex modulates the activation threshold for the B cell antigen receptor (BCR).

Description: The monoclonal antibody 2C4 reacts with RLA-DQ-transfected cells, but not with RLA-DR-transfected cells. In normal adult rabbits, the antibody reacts with 30-60% of peripheral blood leukocytes. It has also been reported that the antibody stains lymphocytes and macrophages in the spleen, lymphocytes in the thymic medulla and some cells in the cortex, Kupffer cells in the liver, and synovial lining cells (e.g., infiltrating macrophages) in inflamed synovium. DQα transcripts have been detected in bone marrow and spleen and to a lesser extent in appendix, lymph nodes, and other organs.

Description: CD33 is a 67 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the sialoadhesin family of cell surface receptors. It is absent from pluripotent stem cells but appears on myelomonocytic precursors after CD34. It then continues to be expressed on both the myeloid and monocyte lineages. While it has been reported that CD33 can function as a sialic acid-dependent cell adhesion molecule, cells expressing CD33 require desialylation before they can bind cells bearing the appropriate sialoglycoconjugates. This suggests that inhibitory cis interactions may regulate or block any adhesion function.
